Customer Service Reps for Turbo Tags & Titles value teamwork and success, and share our goal of providing clients with the best customer service possible. CSR’s are expected to represent the company with a positive attitude, and assist other team members as needed.


Acts in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Assists clients in processing requests for DMV tags and titles
Accurately updates customer records and information in the database
Answers a large number of phone calls, emails and questions
Operates a variety of office equipment, including, POS systems, computers, phones, faxes, printers, and scanners
Resolves customer complaints or issues professionally, and in a calm manner
Communicates clearly and effectively, with management and other team members


Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma/GED required
Excellent verbal and communication skills required
Previous customer support experience preferred
Familiarity with POS and Database systems
Ability to handle a large volume of clients, requests and questions courteously and in a timely manner
Is able to multi-task, prioritize and manage a heavy workload
Efficiently operates a wide variety of office equipment


Office environment for Department of Motor Vehicles
May include long lines, and high volume of clients, phone calls, and requests
Will include standing on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
May include frequent standing, sitting, bending and/or lifting of items up to 25lbs.
Will include the frequent use of office machinery and equipment
Non-smoking environment
